The basic registration package includes 75mb and the ability to Add, Edit and Delete an unlimited number of Patient's and Practice users.
The amount of disc space allocated to your practice account may be increased by 25mb increments.
The advanced registration package provides a gateway for Co-Branding the Experience TEK application. This will allow patients and practice users to take advantage of a seamless solution that is tailored to your specific brand! Choose a template, select a name for your practice and upload your logo. The co-branding feature is a one time charge and includes set-up.

All payments will be paid using a credit card and will be billed automatically to the card on a monthly basis unless cancelled by the practice admin.
 

The account holder has the option of canceling any additional 25MB orders above the default value, though canceling the 75 MB packages will result in account closure.

All new registrations will have a minimum 6-month agreement. Please contact the Experience TEK team regarding any requests for cancellations before the six month term.

The application includes the following features for Doctors:
Doctors are defined as the Practice Account administrator in charge of organizing the account.
 
  • Add/Edit/Delete Practice Users
  • Add/Edit/Delete Patients with their details.
  • Upload the images with description for each patient. All images should be uploaded only as PDF files.
  • Add updates to the images uploaded.
  • Add/Edit Treatment Plans for the patients. The treatment plans can be entered in a text form or a structured form (A common structured form needs to be provided).
  • Add updates to the Treatment Plans added.
  • Search for Patients by their First or Last Names and view their details.
  • Allow other Doctors to view details of the patient records owned. Once assigned to the practice, the details will be available to all the users of that practice and they can update the patient record.
  • Ability to send messages to the patients to whom they have access rights and also to users of other practices.
  • Add the News to the homepage of the practice that other users of the Practice can view it. Patients will not be able to view them.
  • Share a patient record created with other doctors. Once a record is shared with another practice all users of that practice will have only “view” rights to the patient's record.
 

The application includes the following features for Practice Users :
The practice users are defined as any practice employees, associate doctors or specialists that communicate with the given practice.

  • All features of the practice Admin except to create/edit/delete Users and sharing patient information with other Doctors.

The application includes the following features for Patients:
Patients are defined as the one who receives medical attention, care, or treatment in the practice.

  • A login for a patient is created when the practice first creates a record for the patient.
  • A random password is automatically generated and the login details are sent in the email to the patient.
  • The patient can change the password after logging in.
  • The patient can view the image uploaded by the practice under “Images” section along with the comments.
  • The patients can view the Treatment Plans under “Treatment Plans” section.
  • The patients can Accept or Decline the new Treatment Plans posted by the Dentist. The dentist can view whether the patient has Accepted or Declined a new Treatment Plan.
  • Patients can view and respond to the messages to them in the Messages section.
Patients can set their options to receive a copy of the message sent to them through the system to their email address. However, they need to respond through the system if a copy of their response needs to be stored in the system.
 

The application includes the following basic features:

  • Login/Password feature for all users.
  • “Forgot Password” feature for all users - the password will be sent to the email address for the username.
  • New User Page – Doctors can register by choosing a package. The account packages on the site will be:
  • 75 MB – this is the default package that the practice admins will be able to choose while registering.
  • 25 MB – practice admins can buy multiple packages of these in addition to the default package. This package can be bought anytime during the subscription period.
